Return Eligibility

  • Opened or Used Items: Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition

  • Gift Cards: Electronic or physical gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
  • Hygiene Products: Items that cannot be returned for health and safety reasons once opened

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation and the RA number inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation and process your refund or exchange according to this policy.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Standard Returns: For returns due to change of mind or preference, you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon verification.
  • Our Error: If we made an error in your order (wrong item shipped, missing items, etc.), we will cover all return shipping costs and expedite the resolution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. The inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days. We will:

  • Verify that the item is in its original condition and packaging
  • Confirm that all components and accessories are included

Refunds

Partial Refunds

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.

If you received a defective or incorrect item and need a replacement, please contact us immediately. We will expedite the shipment of the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Defective or Damaged Products

Cancellations

Automatic Cancellation

  • The content is significantly different from what was described on our website

Restocking Fees

Fatigaware does not currently charge restocking fees for eligible returns. However, we reserve the right to implement restocking fees in the future with appropriate notice. International Returns

For orders shipped outside the United States, the following additional terms apply:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs fees and duties
  • Returns must be shipped to our U.S. address using a trackable international shipping method
  • We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for international returns
  • Customs duties and import taxes paid on the original shipment are not refundable

Warranty Information
